Notable for Performance When Not Carrying a Laptop High Sierra Loop PROS Lightweight, feature-heavy design Yoke shoulder harness Very inexpensive CONS No laptop sleeve Limited padding on back Water bottle pocket access limited by cinch straps Looking for something spacious, low-priced, and full of pockets, but have no plans to add a laptop to your packing list
Make sure to make the proper backpack adjustments between kids and to try more than one pack on if the fit doesnt seem right
For leather straps specifically, have a leather conditioner ready to apply after the repair, as handling and stress during the process can dry out the leather at the repair site
Moving to the outer pockets (which are as big as a small backpack in their own right) youve got a soft-lined, zippered pocket for your goggles up top
